I had a fantastic stay at a clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff. The building was impressive and the rooms were comfortable. The location had beautiful lakeside views. The restaurant, although slightly expensive and limited in range, served delicious food. They even provided covered parking for motorcycles. I would definitely visit again as the staff were very helpful.

After a long day of meetings, I found the spa to be the perfect place to unwind and relax. The skilled masseurs and wide range of treatments left me feeling rejuvenated and ready for the next day. the Schwimmbad provided a refreshing escape, allowing me to swim and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also offered other amenities such as free newspapers, ensuring that I was well-informed during my stay.

On a few occasions, I encountered minor issues during my stay at Hotel Schiff.

The value for money was excellent, especially considering the beautiful views from the rooms with balconies. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided met all my needs. The hotel is located in a great area, with public transportation available in order to see the surrounding areas with ease. it is possible to travel easily to Freiburg from the hotel, where there are plenty of things to do. the location is also perfect as it is right on the lake, offering guests beautiful views. the hotel has clean rooms and friendly service, and guests can enjoy the indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities.

The hotel could improve the amenities in its bathrooms, as some guests had issues with the shower curtain allowing water to flood the floor.

Beautiful Black Forest location, ideal for hiking and outdoor activities. Great sauna and massage services. Wonderful service from staff.

Limited vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. Noise from nearby train station.

Great location in the middle of Black Forest and close to the train station. Beautiful views of the lake and easy access to hiking trails. The restaurant food was tasty and traditional.

The room was small and outdated, with an uncomfortable bed. Poor cleanliness of the room, and the bathroom was cramped.
